I have finally finished all my smu matriculation stuff.....I think. The deadlines were all over the place, so it was rather messy. At least, I think I finished....if I missed something out, I die, fail.
I am having bad "calpis drink and japanese curry rice" withdrawal symptom. Miss japanese food alot. These few days after I'm back whenever I walk past japanese food stall in singapore food court, I look at the bento and feel weird. Of course it is not just the food though.
It's hard to simply say how special this holiday was to mi. Japan itself is a wonderful country, but what truly made the holiday so memorable was the bonds I made. To Miki, Shun, Kohei and Shota, and other japanese friends like Tomomichi and Yuma who I regret not talking much with, but I know you are all good friends =) I think it is iconic of how the people you meet and spend time with can change the way you experience something....or even the way you feel about life.
We met for only a bit more than 1 week, and it was quite a short time. But I think, that you do not need to know someone for very long before you know that they are someone special.
Life can give you happiness in unexpected, but simple and beautiful ways. Time is one of the most precious gifts of all, and I am so fortunate I was gifted with the time spent in japan with you. Everything we have in life is a gift, and this is one of the most wonderful I have ever received. Thank you so much =)
time....and love
