XIN NIAN KUAI LE!As usual, I am late!Nothing much going on about new year....stayed home until it was time to go grandma's house then go there bai nian. Stayed there till late then went home. Very no brainer kind of day. At least I get a long holiday though....book in tonight's at 2359, so it's a very short week. Just so nice, I volunteered duty this sunday. Make use of the short week. In a sad way, but same thing.Driving final theory test's coming soon and I haven't done nuts about it. It's next weekend. Better start reading something. Dun think I can rely so much on common sense. Hope it's nothing to do with pushing around toy cars....though that'd be quite fun. Bring mi back to the days of bike course.Trying very hard to score out an accompaniment for should've said no. Somehow, I dun think it's a very piano-friendly kind of song.

Xin nian is coming and I dunno what to make of it. Apparently we're forced to take leave this friday. If that's true, I'll probably go back HO.Speaking of HO yesterday's outing was rather funny....I atfirst planned to ask small group only, but in the end turn out 9 people came! I guess that's a good thing. If I ask no one seems to want to come! But Amanda Yanru and Liting do some magic, and more people appear. I guess I need more....sms-ive charisma. And Shihui, I'll ask you next time, dun angry k? Really I got nothing against you de!Watched Ponyo with Yangzi and it is VERY nice....atfirst was scared it'd be childish or what not but it turned out to be very good! Very well drawn and cute! And thanks Yangzi for watching with mi! =) the jack neo show seems to be very promising too. Thia is really a comedic novelty.Hopefully there won't be anything much this week....dun feel like chionging around just before the new year. If we can leave on friday, so much the better.Think I may not be heading towards sure failure in my piano exam after all this time.

1st week back in camp of 2009, and it wasn't the most fantastic week of my life so far. Being enemy was quite screwed up, spent hours on end staring at the supposed direction of enemy approach and no one came in the end. Apparently they decided to "change route". So too good for the enemy! If they came in my direction, mi and my buddy would've slain them without mercy.Currently now trying to record myself playing songs on the piano....I need a good recording device, the ones found on handphones aren't that great....can't hear my left hand playing. So far I've got 3 songs played by mi =) dou shi ni by guang liang (with a mistake in the middle >.<), yu jian by sun yan zi and super mario's original sound track. I know the last one is lame....I scored it for fun. It wasn't easy all the same. Thanks Wangyou for the new songs! I'll try to score them soon.Hammering away at my exam pieces at the same time for my piano exam which isn't far away considering I can only come out of camp on weekends to practise...the bad thing about this kind of piano exams is they can't be postponed. Oh well, I'll won't give up XP trying to finish my own song too.And anyone got iTunes cd can lend mi? I had to format my comp and everything's gone....my own iTunes disc I...can't seem to find it. Very possibly, I lent it to someone who was in the same situation but I can't remember who anyway. Booking back into camp soon, think I'm staying out a few nights this week, probably 2.Oh and Maxjax, your drawings are great! Keep up the cool work man!

happy new year everyone! I am late again, like christmas....dun be surprised if I'm also late for chinese new year.New years day was boring, I wasted the day away. The night before at orchard road wasn't much better either....NOTHING at all happened along the length of takashimaya. Maybe I should have gone for the fireworks @ marina after all.2008 wasn't that crappy to mi....or at least, there were its own share of good things. Started off with a little of the robinsons job which wasn't bad, and then the airport guide job which was probably the best job I will ever do. Of course, got into a bit of trubble with the APD but I got out of that fine and nice, so allswell. And then it's straight into army and the rest is stuff I'll much rather forget than type in here. Most of it's already been typed in previous posts anyway.I dunno what I'm gonna resolve to do this year. Not really one for making resolutions anymore.1. I must....forget it, 2009's an ENTIRE year of NS for mi. OMG that sounds like, DISGUSTING. And this coming monday is the end of my block leave and straightaway on 5th I'll be back in the jungle for a terrific week. I can hardly wait. I probably won't be able to do anything at all this year anyway. National Slavery takes up quite alot of time indeed. And I'm supposed to take my piano exam mid february to march. Die, fail.I done asking HO people out for now, and possibly for ever. I guess the only time we can all meet up is stuff like farewell. Which, of this year, will be one of the last I can go to without embarassing myself by saying things like "yes I AM from HO I was sec 4 when you were in kindergarten please let mi help with the barbeque and I'm a FRIEND please DON'T serve mi like I'm some zhang bei at CNY family visiting thanks". Thank you Yan Ru Liting POW Amanda Zoe and Geoffrey for supporting my idea and helping mi out though. Thank you Xinghua Jingyi for at least replying my message, and Xiaojess for replying mi on MSN.Busying myself scoring and recording myself playing songs. Need a better recording device.
